The Worship Pastor is responsible for the overall leadership, design, and implementation of the worship ministry at Cheyenne Hills Church. The goal at CHC is to create a worship experience, for those attending CHC, using a contemporary setting. Responsibilities include: pursuing personal spiritual development through spiritual disciplines; leading the planning, coordination, operation, and evaluation of worship ministries at CHC; identifying, recruiting, training, and deploying people with gifts that can be used in corporate worship; and discipling the musicians and artists toward spiritual maturity.
