Serve

Jesus said in Matthew 20:28, "The Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve." We believe that serving one another whether inside the church walls, outside the walls, or overseas, is a crucial part of walking the talk and the Serving Ministry at CHC does just that.

Serving at CHC

  • Explore Campaign- Allows individuals a chance to check-out various serving opportunities.
  • Discovery 301 Connnections Class- Offered to help individuals learn about their gifts and passions.

Serving Locally

  • Connections Corner- Agency geared towards helping families out of poverty.
  • Needs, Inc.- Agency who provides food for homeless.
  • Comea Shelter- Agency who provides food and shelter for homeless.
  • Life Choice Pregnancy Care Center- Ministry which provides resources and counseling for women and teenage girls.
  • Bethel Outreach- Ministry which assists individuals and families faced with separation because of incarceration.

Serving Regionally

  • Compassion Response Team- Ministry which responds regionally to emergency crisis.
